Refund & Return Policy

1. Your right to return
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you receive it, without providing a reason.
2. How to initiate a return
To exercise your right to return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return (optional, but helpful for us to improve our service).
3. Return conditions
- Items should be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible.
- If the seal has been broken, we may still accept a return at our discretion - please contact us to discuss.
- Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intent to return.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product was delivered damaged or in error.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. We will confirm your refund by email.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Items returned more than 14 calendar days after the return notification.
- Items that have been significantly altered, damaged by misuse, or are missing original packaging due to customer handling beyond reasonable inspection.
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@cleargreenmuscle.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
